As I have seen in my own life, there is no one size fits all approach to weight loss. There are so many factors that come into play including your schedule, culture and your tastes.

As a Wellness coach, I help you discover what will work for you to reach your goals . I offer you support in your journey to a healthier you, whether that includes weight loss, improving energy or improving happiness in your life.

I received my training from Herbalife, where I was trained & studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. I discovered a deeper understanding of food and health issues and how they affect our lives. Drawing on this knowledge, I create a completely personalised plan that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

I have applied this own knowledge in my own life. After many years of trying exercise alone to lose weight, I finally found the missing piece of good nutrition and lifestyle change to maintain the lasting changes .

This complete health and lifestyle makeover program includes 12 health coaching sessions where we will dive into integrating good nutrition principles and a solid exercise routine that will help you.

You will become part of our Healthy Lifestyle Club and develop a circle of of health oriented friends.
